I never thought the dry, dusty hills of Lanzhou could look so good :)
Nice to have our own place, our own bed, our own little home here in China. Being on vacation is always fun, but coming home again is always good too.
These thoughts have made us think about coming home to Minnesota this summer. Of course, it will be a homecoming and we are excited to see dear ones then. We've got quite the work to do before then though!
Around the end of the month (a week and a half or so from now), we'll begin our second semester. Woo! Mostly the same classes, and we'll get to continue with many of the same students (Hooray!) though a semester longer than the last. It will be great to continue to build those relationships and friendships!
One goal before the semester starts in full swing is to get all those pictures up for your viewing please. We got some GREAT shots and have lots of fun stories to share. Can't wait to be rested enough to share them!
We arrived home tired but thankful for our break. We look forward to writing lots in the next week so please check back often. We'll write as much as our lil' fingers can handle!
